DM Tennis Enterprise has been established in 2016. It is in charge of tennis programming for two clubs that belong to the Town of Palm Beach: Seaview and Phipps. Seaview Tennis Center has 7 hydro-grid courts, and Phipps has 6. They are 5 miles apart. Upon completion of Recreation Department construction in 2019, there will be 2 indoor pickle ball courts at Seaview.
DM Tennis Enterprise is organizing private lessons, clinics for all skill levels and ages, social events, Town’s championships, junior camps, USTA Junior tournament, and many other activities. DM Tennis is proud with its high quality tennis professionals and services it provides for residents and pass-holders. Our goal is to increase the number of participants in all of our programs and to give the best of tennis to our community.
Head Coach
Head Professional: Dejan (Dan) Minic, USPTA/PTR
Dejan is originally from Belgrade, Serbia, and was one of the top junior players in the country. He was a member and former coach of the Yugoslavian National Team, and a national doubles champion with his former student, 2008 world’s # 1 doubles player, Nenad Zimonjic.
Dejan owned the Tennis Club in Belgrade for 12 years and has coached numerous national and internationally ranked juniors. He has also been a teaching professional at the Jewish Community Center in Boca Raton, East Hampton Indoor Tennis in East Hampton, NY, Eastern Yacht Club in Marblehead, MA and at the Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton. Dejan has been part of Palm Beach Tennis since 2009 and was appointed Head Professional for Seaview Park and Phipps Ocean Park Tennis Centers in June 2009. Dejan is extremely pleased with the growth and potential of both centers.

Sean Bianca Lee, PTR
Sean Bianca Lee is a USPTR Tennis professional with a “professional” rating. Sean has been a member of the Seaview and Phipps Tennis staff since 2014. Sean, a former top ranked junior, received multiple college tennis scholarships, but due to unknowingly giving up her amateur status in playing tennis in several Coca Cola commercials, she was unable to play college tennis. Sean played briefly on the women’s tour, but due to several knee and shoulder surgeries, Sean decided coaching was her calling.
Having been coached by several top coaches in the U.S. such as Tony Palafox, John McEnroe’s coach, and Rick Elstein, one of Martina Navratilova’s coaches, Sean has been able to pass on what she herself was taught. Rick Elstein was famous for teaching “Tennis Kinetics”, which gave his students, including Sean, superior footwork. Sean’s expertise on stroke production and proper footwork have helped several of Sean’s students go on to play for their High School and College Tennis teams as well as obtain sectional rankings. Sean believes in teaching perfect form and exceptional footwork, but also feels tennis should be fun.
Armand Segodo
Armand is a USPTA Certified instructor. He was born in Benin, Africa and raised in France where he attended the University of Cergy Pontoise.
He competed in professional tennis, playing for futures and satellites. He was ranked 1372 ATP in the World and he was a member of Benin’s Davis Cup team for many years.
Armand has been teaching tennis for fifteen years in both US and France. He was teaching in Os Sannois, France, Palm Beach Atlantic University, West Palm Beach, FL, Palm Beach Polo Club, Frenchman’s Creek, and Rick Macci Tennis Academy. He has been a part of Seaview and Phipps tennis pro team since 2017.
